On the date of your booking

• It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment starts.
• The booking will strictly start and finish according to your confirmed booking.
• Any additional treatments on top of your confirmed booking (e.g., extension of time or change in treatment type) will be subject to availability of therapist(s) and payment adjustments applies accordingly.

Online booking

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% of your treatment booked online is required at the time of online booking/confirmation.
• The deposit paid online will keep the booking date and time for a maximum15 mins (non-attendance/no show). After 15 mins the therapist will be available for other clients.
• The balance of treatments is to be paid on the day of your booking.
• For multiple bookings please click Book Now buttons and add booking treatment.
• If you’d like to book two people for different treatments, please book separately.

Other Bookings

• We also take walk in bookings and Telephone bookings.
• For Telephone bookings, If the telephone is unanswered (e.g., therapists attending to other bookings/after hours), please send us a text message on our mobile +61 431 558 316 and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can.
